Refund & Return Policy
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original, sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on lip treatments or cosmetics that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges for Damaged Items We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a damaged 24K Gold Lip Tint, please email us immediately at contact@glowy.com with photos of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement.
Shipping Returns To return your product, please contact us at contact@glowy.com for the return mailing address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
