How does the custom pH color work? Our advanced formula reacts with the natural moisture and pH levels of your lips. Within seconds of application, the clear, gold-infused balm transforms into a bespoke, universally flattering pink shade that is completely unique to your skin chemistry.
Are the 24K gold flakes real and safe? Yes. We use microscopic, cosmetic-grade 24K gold flakes. They are 100% safe for daily use and are designed to provide a subtle, luminous radiance while working alongside our hydrating ingredients to nourish your lips.
Will this dry out my lips like traditional lip stains? Not at all. Glowy is formulated as a deep hydration treatment first, and a lip tint second. It is packed with nourishing Squalane, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin E to lock in moisture, repair the lip barrier, and prevent chapping.
Is your formula clean and cruelty-free? Absolutely. We believe in luxurious, safe beauty. Our formula is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, lead-free, and paraben-free.
How long does the color last? Once the tint develops, it leaves a smudge-proof, weightless stain that stays vibrant for up to 12 hours—even through eating and drinking.
Shipping & Orders
Do you ship internationally? Yes, Misparo ships globally! Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take to receive my order? All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my package? As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click the link in that email to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at contact@glowy.com. If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. However, due to strict hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lip products that have been unsealed, opened, or used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
What if my product arrives damaged? We take quality control very seriously, but if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@glowy.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
